A nice letterpress printed billhead / receipt. This form of bill with a printed list on one side and with space for manuscript prices on the right had been the norm for Inns many decades. This example dates from mid to late 19th Century. Seems the bill is for bed and breakfast and food for the horse.
Negus, is apparently, "a hot drink of port, sugar, lemon, and spice".
It seems that this pub closed in 2010.
